Looking for a GNC store in Seoul to purchase some vitamin and nutritional supplements. I heard there was one recently opened in Gangnam. Anyone know where it is?
Thanks |

There's one in the Mokdong Hyundai dept. store at Omokgyo Stn. It's in the basement, next to the grocery store, around the corner from the bakery items and next to all the int'l food displays. Damn expensive, too. |

I believe there's one in COEX Mall, as well as one in the basement food court of the adjoining Hyundai Dept. Store. As above, damned expensive.
Go to the imports area of Namdaemun. |

The only way I'd be interested in finding them is if they carry those sugary "nutritional" candy bars like "Balence" and "Power Bars" - for not more than a couple thousand won each... |

Where is the imports section of Namdaemun Market? Or rather which exit from which subway stop should I use? I went to Namdaemun once but felt like I was so confused the whole time, wandering in circles. Plus half of it was closed. When is the best time and day of the week to go to Namdaemun Market? |

Somewhere I've been recently, likely in apgujeong, there was a GNC...but I can't for the life of me remember where. Maybe Hyundai dept. store near apgu stn? No, I don't think so. Maybe it's a storefront in apgu. I know, this is really helpful.
Re: power bars, you can find them at smoothie king sometimes, though I don't know how much they cost. |

DON'T SHOP AT GNC KOREA! (unless you like giving away your money!)
6lb GNC Whey Protein at GNC Korea = 150,000 won
6lb Prorated Chocolate Whey Protein at Costco Korea = 35,000 won
5lb Prolab Whey Protein at Namdaemun market 40,000 ~ 50,000 won (maybe cheaper if your an exceptional haggler)
***Please pass this info on to your Korean friends. I hope GNC closes down in Korea. This kind of pricing is THEFT! |
