Hmm..not a sex worker yet look at the thread you started. Saying that you wouldnt mind being an escort if your boyriend didnt object.

Im saying that giving it up is not a skill, no matter how "skillfully" you do it. No, its not rocket science, and sex is a natural urge. Yet the act of supplying it for money and buyng it are pathetic acts of the desperate. The john sually being a sleazy old man probably cheating on his wife, the *beep* for taking the money and giving it up to a man she would never give it up to if she wasnt getting paid. To not see this as pathetic is to accept that anything is ok if done for money.

Difference? Attraction. NORMAL people tend to sleep only with people they find attractive. Whores do anyone who has the $$$.

Since when does me being accepting of foreign culture automatically have to equate to bein accepting of prostitution? And no, its not just 2 people involved because whores are a major factor in the spread of STDs which are usually passed on to unsuspecting people. |

Most people's jobs involve doing things they wouldn't do for free. That's the idea of a job.

I didn't conclude that at all. I wouldn't kill somebody for money, but I would sell sex for money.

Anyone who has unprotected sex with a prostitute is just plain stupid. It's not passing it off to "unsuspecting people" because hopefully the idea of STDs at least enters your mind if you're paying for sex. And if I were to ever sell sex, I would always always use protection for my safety as well as the safety of my customers. |

Seriously, if you dont see the difference between a journalist/photographer/writer/teacher/scientist and a common *beep*, you really are more pathetic than I thought. There is a certain amount of job satisfaction that comes from being a professional in a chosen field. Whats the job satisfaction for a *beep*? Getting filled to the limit 12 times a day?

What's the job satisfaction for someone who works at McDonald's, or some equally crap job? Your listing of professions is quite classist. Give me flexible hours, decent pay, and autonomy any day.

Which is very, very unlikely when one uses condoms. The HIV virus cannot pass through a latex condom, and female to male HIV transmission is decently rare as it is. |
