The answer (2nd link in the OP) deserves to be repeated here:
As you know, Korea is a democratic republic, so people can make they style as much as they want. That is definitely legal style.
I don't agree with this. I don't want grungy expats with beards & hippy chicks with funky odours cavorting around this democratic people's republic, making as much style as they want. I say we round them up, give them all a big flea dip, a haircut, a trim, maybe a slight wave, colour accents, something with a little sass... you know, contemporary but still professional-looking.... and then march them back to the hagwon. |

Ugg, I feel bad for the person at the police agency that has to answer these kinds of things.
But I have to admit, I laughed out loud at the OP's subject line. Might be the first time I've laughed at a subject line on Dave's. And it's probably the first time this week I've laughed at something other than unintentional humor (or a Ricky Gervais podcast). |
