My E2 expired in April but was extended to the end of September, one month past my last contract day which is at the end of August (the 27th). I will be going out of Korea on August 27th even though my ARC says my E2 is valid until September 30th. What should I do? Is this even a problem?
Also, I have an F-2-1 visa. Do I need a re-entry stamp in my passport to leave and come back? Where can I get it (Seoul office or Incheon)? |

Don't worry about it. They'll ask if you if you're coming back to Korea or not. If you're not, you hand over the card, if you are, you keep the card. No worries. |

If you are coming back i believe you need a re-entry stamp. So you have to go to the immigration office in the airport before you leave. if you are just leaving and not coming back ever or if you are leaving for a couple of months and not coming back to the same job, then no worries, just hand your card in as you leave. |
