| E-Bay is your best bet. Even with the shipping, you'll end up with a better quality suit for less. Itaewon is just not a good place to buy anything anymore. 10 years ago, it was passable, but now...no way. Buy a ticket to HongKong in the off season for 300 and buy some business clothing. Much better to do that, too. |

not korea. i just got back from thailand, and one aim of my trip there was to get some suits. getting suits in thailand is a tricky business because there are so many tailors willing to bargain and give you 'the deal of a lifetime'
so i did a lot of research over the net, with friends, in books etc. in short i found one guy in bkk. exceptional and his reputation exceeds him. i had two suits made to order with 3 fittings. one silk, one wool/cashmere. extremely happy with both of them and the price was amazing.
he keeps all your measurements so now i can order online and get them shipped. i will definitely be going back for more.
