| 3 year university degree yes, 3 year college degree no. Though feel free to correct me if I am wrong, it's happened once or twice. |

I really, really don't think so. I am 99% sure of this. Sorry
I wasn't sure if you meant college cause Americans call university college. But a Canadian college diploma won't do it. Again, sorry. |

Legally...no.
You might be able to trick immigration into thinking you have a 3 year uni degree.
You could also get your future boss to bribe someone, or go the illegal path.
I wouldn't suggest any of the above. It'll be easier for you to work in Japan or China. |

Yes, for Japan, you can get a one year working holiday visa as a Canadian (assuming you are under 30 years old). |
