Do you actually think that you are making that school look bad? You're the dope that signed the contract with them in the first place. Do your homework next time.

Why don't you let us have more information on the school? For all we know each class could be 20 minutes long. The OP was piss poor, and your follow up post has failed to shed any light.

I know a couple people who work there and am aware of the scheduling problems. However, one of the newest teachers there negotiated 2.4, M-F, 40 hour block shifts. The manager is clearly in a bit of pickle. But so far so good for that person.

Unfortanately, for the other 4 people on the staff getting ready to quit or not renew, I don't know their situation.

I know of the situation there as well. Good for the new girl to have negotiated those terms, especially since he was only offering 2.2 million initially for M-F. I still say the the others are fools for signing that contract of slavery. I have little sympathy for them for that reason. There were even some that resigned and didn't renegotiate their contract.

There truly is a point when ESL teachers need to take responsibility for the conditions in this industry by not signing with schools that provide crappy contract terms. Teachers who are complacent, who don't do their homework, or who are just ignorant of how things should be, make it worse for the whole lot of us when these directors get to thinking that the terms of servitude that they call a contract are okay.

That's too bad for those teachers who are stuck there, I don't envy them, but since they signed the contract, they should do their time. At least they will come out of it with a better perspective of what to avoid.

I was going to comment on that as well. It looks like the OP should stay at that kind of "entry level" position for a while longer to get some experience and brush up their English a bit!
