Hi,,
Can anybody give me the name of the top comany that truly has clean water?? You know the jug-apartment kind that gets delivered.
I got very sick in Korea from bottled water--only to find out they were filling the bottles with tap!!
Please let me know if you have any leads,
Thanks

what company does that? and wouldn't you know right when you tasted it?
there's somebody on this forum who likes to go into great detail about how he gets jugs of water delivered and saves money. maybe he'll respond to this or try the super-accurate search function. |

I wouldn't put it past some of those bastages.
I use a steam distiller. If you want something done properly (especially here!) do it yourself. |

Just get a water purifier for your house..
Firstly get the bottled water, then boil it and put it througha purifier...won't get much cleaner than that.
I too have seen cases of tap water(or maybe it was the river water) being sold as bottle but this wasn't stuff sold in the supermarket but when you go away up into the mountains or a couple of times on jeju.... |

We had Sparkle water delivered to our house. It was clean and delicious and never made us sick. I don't know if you can get it in your area.

I am not sure where she got it from, but a friend of mine has a water filter jug. A cheaper option might be to buy a jug and filter your own. I will ask her where she got it if you like. |

Wasn't Perrier or something found to be basically filling their water from taps?
If you think about it, I can sell tap water as "glacier water" without fear of false advertising. Some percentage of that water did indeed start life on a glacier. I make no claims how much of the water is glacier water. But rest assured among the rain water, the water that came from cat urine, etc. is some genuine glacier water. |

You could also ask a foreign teacher or secretary at your place of employment to arrange it for you -- essentially the same kind of person taht you might ask to phone and arrange cable TV hookup or that sort of thing.
There are a few different companies that do it - I know Woongjin Coway is one.
As your place of employment most likely has bottled water delivery, they would probably find it easy to phone their rep and have a tank put into your house with weekly water delivery. I don't know if it would be affordable or not, as I think there are minimum weekly/monthly amounts as well as set days/times that you have it arrive.
But that would be where I would start.
Alternatively, Sam-da-su water is fine bottled water. As long as the cap on the bottle is sealed then it's not tap water. 1000 won for a 2L bottle at a convenience store, much cheaper if you buy it in 6 packs at a larger store like EMart |

I get water delivered from Pulmone every couple of weeks and haven't had a problem. it costs 5,000W and I just call the guy within semi regular working hours and he comes with the water (maybe he's being extra nice to the whitey though)
I'd give you a number, but the only ones I have are for my local guy- not the company itself |
