Greetings all.
I had read on this board a while ago about a psychiatrist up in seoul who can perscribe anti-anxiety medication.
Someone had mentioned that he has in the korean herald (i think it was), however, I haven't seen his ad yet.
I'm wondering if anyone would be able to give me some contact information for this doctor AND/or first hand experience.
We live in Busan and my wife would rather stay in this area but more than anything, we'd rather go to a good one; or at least one who understand her condition a bit more than the current doctor
thank you muchly in advance!
* sorry...that would be English speaking psychiatrist

The international clinic in Itaewon can refer you to all sorts of English speaking mental health professionals. I'm sorry I don't know of anything Busan specific. |

Just wondering if you already know which medication and the dosage? If so, you can go to any doctor who can prescribe meds. That means you could go to a local clinic like a '' (or perhaps most clinics... ')
Not much language needed for that... could just write the needed things. And sometimes they can speak English not so bad. (Or bring someone with good Korean.) |

not sure if dr. park is still in business ... i would skip the talk therapy and just get some anti-anxiety medication .. available at most korean doctors on the cheap: xanax, ativan or klonopin. if you need the daily ones, i'm sure they have prosac or paxil. |
