Well, someone up there in Washington got some 20/20 with hindsight:
The latest news on Libby Leak is that the prez, but authorizing the leak himself was essentially declassifying the info. Nice end-around on the law, don't you think? But, if that is the case, and if Bush understood that at the time, why pretend there was a leak at all?
Can't help but think someone spotted this little loophole pretty darned recently. So, now Dumbya has bascally given Libby a pres pardon.

In ten or twenty years when cities are starting to go under water, there's still a global war with Al Queda and Muslims in general, the deficit and paying for it have gone so far beyond control that austerity measures are resulting in cuts in health, education and everything else *except* defense and we're trying to remember why we let the government have control of our lives to such an extent....
