I'm guessing that's what he meant. I don't know about GIs, but Officers can sponser four people at a time for base visits.


I was with a Canadian, an Australian, some US civilians, and GIs stationed both in Yongsan and up north. The GIs were able to get us all in by sponsoring two of us each.

I'm a Taco Time man myself.
