Right now, the demand for teachers is HUGE! If you look at the "korean jobs page" you'll see just how many jobs there are out there.

So, don't take something crappy.
If the demand is THIS high, with NO experience you should be getting 2.1mil. at least...
and don't be affraid to ask for even a bit more.
My old school has been without a teacher for coming on 3 weeks and would (in my estimation) give their left nut for a teacher.
That said, you may not want to work for them...i've had some "inconvinient" BS happen.

and why not try to negotiate more vacation time too.

If you are coming to korea....THE POWER IS YOURS RIGHT NOW!!!! Don't sell yourself short!!!
