that's the only cereal my son really likes.
he's ok with winnie the poo's Honey Bee but always tires of it before finishing the box. Stateside it was Honey Comb all the way.
edit/ps: saw lovely C on stage @ coex yesterday (nice boots). my husband asked me why they were making her stand up there. it didn't look like fun. |

I really like Kimchi pops.. sometimes I just can't wait until lunch for a fix of kimchi. The seaweed flakes are quite tasty too. They both taste better if you add a little soju. |
Don't forget ojingo flakes. Mmm Mmm! |
Is that San or Jameshile brand of Soju? |

What's wrong with good old fashioned cornflakes? ...you bunch of pansies!
If you're dead-set on getting the graphic illustration TV ad for fibre, do as the odd squad mentioned and swill 'em in OB... plenty fiber in that.
Fiber/fibre?

Anyone know where I can buy some museli? I am getting bored of cornflakes and the other stuff my supermarket stocks is way too sugary.

Kashi Crunch from Costco -- high enough in both fiber and protein to feel like a real meal, and yummy to boot. |

my god...it's like a bowl of puffed wheat cake for breakfast! disgusting
Growing up I wasn't allowed to have sugar cereal. If I had cereal then I had the choice of shreddies, puffed wheat (plain), corn flakes, or cheerios. If I was really good sometimes I would get honey nut cheerios or even Alphabets!
When I was younger I didn't understand why I wasn't really allowed to have these sugar cereals that all my friends got. Now I understand....but I can't believe there are adults out there that don't.
For breakfast I eat a bagel, have a coffee, have a glass of juice, and a banana or orange on the way to school. |

How come I can never find Chocolate-Coated Honey-Frosted Sugar Bombs here? It's the real deal on all the essential elements: sucrose, fructose, lactose, just every kind of sugar combo there is -- heck, there's probably even plasma glucose in there! Just don't drink any coffee or other caffeinated beverage within a twelve-hour span and you're off to the races!
Shucks, my heart skips a beat just thinking about that ol' favorite. |

Ditto. Honeycombs were for special occasions. I thank my parents profusely now. I have a bad enough sweet tooth as it is, imagine if it had been foster by my parents! I would kill for some shreddies right now or even shredded wheat, though I always pile the brown sugar on the shredded wheat.
Now I go for the kashi crunch or nature's path power optimum something or other from Costco, both of which are a bit sweet but not as bad as some stuff. If I'm out of that I'll go for the All Bran.
One of my favourite cereals back home was, strangely and appropriately, called Good For You. It was just a bunch of puffed grains and crunchy things, nothing else added. Mmmm. I could use some of that too. |

My parents did that too. I've had cavity upon cavity since I was little, and have developed a worse chocolate addiction than anyone else I know. |

I'm not in Korea yet, but I was wondering if anyone could tell me if I am likely to find breakfast cereal bars of any kind? Yeah, I know everything can be found for a price, but does the average store have anything like All Bran bars or Nutri-Grain bars?
And what about apple sauce?! That's my favourite morning food. I suppose I can always make my own. |

Me too. I was mostly bothered by the fact that all of the cool toys came with the sugary cereals.
Then, when I was 12, I went to Boy Scout summer camp. It was the first time I'd tasted such things.
I was like, "Holy Shit! I can't believe parents give their kids that crap."
Then my brain went into overdrive and tried to stab the kid sitting next to me with a butter knife... |
