I've handed in my notice at my hagwon and I need to get a release letter. How and where do i go about this task?

Do a search for 'letter of release', 'release letter', and 'LOR' on this site.

And be prepared to get cunning and nasty, too. I'd ask for a post-dated one in exchange for serving out 30-days notice.

You could always just ask him for it?? its just a piece of paper staing that yes, you have been released, written by your school, or visa holder, and signed and dated by both parties. ask him for it. see what happens.
