Hi,
This is my first time posting. I am considering a job offer for Buson Jin Middle School, located near Bujion dong station. I have the usual million first-timer questions. Has anyone ever worked (or know someone who has) at this particular school? Wondering if it is a good area, if the school has a good principal? What is the average amount of vacation time(unofficial) people in this system have been getting. Is the housing people are getting decent? Also, as this is a public school contract, can I still rip it apart and demand that they remove and add things? Or does everyone who works for the Buson public school system just have the same contract. Are people working for this system all in all pretty happy? O.k. Thanks for the help! They sent me a generic contract I will post the specific one when it is supplied.

I work at an elementary school in Gyeonggi do. I was hired through a recruiter and not EPIK, but I literally demanded an air conditioner in my apartment. Didn't get any fight about it. The contracts are atleast somewhat open to negotiation I think.
