I too think that expelling shit students is a great idea. There is a four month wait list to get into my Hagwon and all my classes are full to the maximum capacity and still my boss will not kick out even one student.
I have kids that have been there for over a year and showed absolutely no improvement whatsoever, try to put there heads down in class, their parents constantly make excuses for them and she is so afraid of creating a "disharmonious" relationship with these students parents that she won't kick any one out. I know a few people who work at hogwans that will expel trouble-makers or students not doing any work and they say their hogwans are fantastic places to work. If I wanted a children's hogwan job my first question would be 'how many students have you expelled?'. |
