I already have established clients with me in USA and all I need are leads to direct me on setting up an operation in Korea. If there are people who are interested and wanting to be partner with me. I am always welcome to share my equity with them.

If you are on the level, you will probably notice very quickly that this is not the place to approach people on any kind of business proposition. Most are EFL teachers with little or no business experience and a few also like to post smart azzed replies to enquiries like yours. Anytime you want to conduct business in a foreign country, the best place to start is to contact a trade officer at the US embassy. Their resources and contacts are usually very helpful.

				| Why exactly do you want to register your company in Korea ?
Are you fastidious about paying taxes ?

Contact website -> telephone call -> person to person interview

Your embassy might have a list of bussinessmen in Korea. But you should be very careful about who you jump into bed with over this side of the world. Especially if you are registering your company here.

 my two cents ...

I want to set up a company to employ local Korean citizens to manage the business on scouting for local talents. Due to some language and communication problem, I will still need to employ local Korean to run my company and of course any investment in any countries, taxing is one issue, but is a small one.

Are running some sort of prostitution ring?
 |
Hey! Dirty minded freak, you consider Korean profession talents as prostitute, what is on your mind. Don't disgrace your own people.
