Blind Hatred Led to Killing Spree
Police said Chong confessed to killing three sleeping sisters in Pongchon-dong, southwestern Seoul, last month, by hitting their heads with a blunt object and setting fire to their bodies to erase evidence. He also admitted two other murders and a number of burglaries. Police arrested him early Saturday morning while he was attempting to rob a house in Singil-dong in Yongdungpo-ku, southwestern Seoul....

These latest blind hate crimes came two years after Yoo Young-chul was arrested for killing 20 women and senior citizens in Seoul, and dismembering and burying 11 of the corpses from September 2003.

.... Jung is also suspected of being involved in six other murders that took place in southwest Seoul during 2004.... "I was angry at failing to find a job and not getting married. Whenever I saw the rich, I felt like killing them," the police quoted Jung as saying.

This might serve as a stand-in definition until something better comes along.

"Blind han crimes"?

Or hate crimes committed by the blind?

In the Country of the Blind, hate crimes are more complicated.

Please excuse this example of bad taste and lack of compassion.

...now wait a minute - why is it that the police NEVER seem to find these gys through their own detective work, it's always by chance! This guy was caught while burgling a place, and the one from two years back near Yonsei University etc was found out by chance by the police also. I have no faith in policing here, none. Idiots.

Because they're too busy sitting in their cars watching people run red lights?
