anyone done them in actual structured lessons? (outside of kindy classes)
i bought three of them and will use them with kids in grades 1-3 some time.
i know they'll come in real handy during listening tests involving dialogues.
what other specific uses?
drawbacks? limitations? pitfalls? (distraction - requiring a pretty organized lesson to maximize value i suspect)
those who've tried them, please respond |

I was forced into using them in the public school, when my TV ( to show the dialogs from CD rom) busted. It was hell, but that had to do with the class sizes more than anything.
With a smallish advanced class- after they get a basic pattern down, try giving them the puppets and letting them build a dialog with that pattern. |
