Hello all,
Let me thank those for any advice/suggetions in advance. My situation is this: I have taught in Korea before a year ago. I was teaching at one school for a short while yadadayada things didnt work out so I switched to another hagwon. I had to get a new E2 visa . Long story hort I ended up swichting one more time and by the time I was done I had issued to me 3 or 4 E-2 visas all within the same year.
My question is this:
I have tried to return to Korea having a hagwon sponsor me to issue me a new E-2 visa this time and Immigration will not give me one due to this bad history. What can I do?
Just give up? or are there alternatives I am most likepy not aware of ?

wow! Considering your syntax, "I have taught in Korea before a year ago." and, "I have tried to return to Korea having a hagwon sponsor me to issue me a new E-2 visa this time and Immigration will not give me one due to this bad history.", I'm thinking maybe you should develop your english skills first.....
When you write, "...will not give me one due to this bad history.", I'm also thinking you sound like a Korean english student....hmmm?

Be ye a lurker, knave?

From these two dissapointing replies from a guy who thnks he is a poet but in his morbid negative mood spits out only fire but has no heart and thus prefers to put in oubt the authenticity of my character and genuiness of my intentions deserves nothing more than scorn and derision from this community. Thanks for wasting my time poet 13.
But yet my immigration question still stands despite this mendacious poet..

Considering you had such a bad experience the first time shown by you job hopping.
Why do you want to come back?

I think it's worth another shot with a school that will go through a different immigration office from the one(s) with which you have a prior history. You never know - your new prospective employer may have some pull or some charm or be a regular bribing customer. I could suggest some government agencies that might be able to get you processed but, in all honesty, I doubt they'd hire someone with your history and, based on your writing here, I don't think you should be working at a secondary school.

From what I read of the OP, I can't quite see the above quote as being true. We weren't given enough information to say this. (other than the atrocious spelling and grammar) I know of a foriegn teacher who had the bad luck to have signed on with 2 bad hagwons, so it is possible. Jinju, next time don't jump so far in your conclusion.
Seriously OP, work on your grammar before posting again.

Why is he so angry?
I didn't see anything wrong with your post. Weird he would take something so serious.

Posted: Tue Apr 25, 2006 7:39 pm Post subject: dedicated to the poet who writes great works of rubbish

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

have you nothing better to do except place in doubt other peoples intentions on this site you insulting condescending fool go back and read Shakespeare for the first time and wake up from your ignorance and clean your nose from all the @#it you have inhaled and clean your aS# while youre at it oyu mendacious poet I know excrement when I smell it
go spread your stench and filth elsewhere

Lets see. Uh, thats kind of a personal attack, doncha think alejovoz?
great works of rubbish? Well, they are not great works, thats for sure. Not one published poem more than about 400 words I think. I could accept them being called rubbish if you had read any of them, but I think I can say confidently that you havent....

Uh, lets see what else. Ah! I have it. You say, "have you nothing better to do except place in doubt other peoples intentions on this site"
well, who started the thread? Me, fool. If i had hijacked some other persons thread and talked nonsense, perhaps you would have a point. But you dont....again.

The excrement that you "know when you smell it" is you. You sound like a psycho. If you have a psychological problem, get help. If you cant get help, at least try to keep it to yourself.

I have another theory though.....

I think you're a korean posing as a foreigner. It's the syntax you see.
As i have said in another post, I am no grammar master, but your word order in your OP could have come out the mouth of any of my mid level students.

So, are you trying to discredit Daves ESL hoping that it gets shut down because theres too much angry talk here? Not going to happen homey. Theres too much good happening here for that.

As another poster said, "go away"
