I came across a nice little tool in an excel spreadsheet format. It allows for your time zone input and gives you the cup's schedule accordingly.
You can also keep track of game scores as they happen and enter them and it all gets compiled automagically.

yeah, but it's day light savings time in Europe now. So we're +8 from the UK, and +7 from Germany.
