Dont want to take the time to get a reentry permit, so can I still get a single stamp at Incheon before I leave? Whats the process? How much? And does anyone know the hours? |

Do you have your ARC yet? (you should have got your multiple re-entry permit at the same time and saved the trouble.)
If you have your ARC and do not have your re-entry permit in your passport yet you can get one at the INCHEON airport.
- It takes 20 minutes - 2 hours depending on the line-up.
- The cost is 30,000 won for a single re-entry permit.
- They are open 24/7. Just look for the immigration office sign along the back wall of the airport (departures level). You will need to get the stamp BEFORE you get your boarding pass (or the airline counter staff will give you a hassel).
If you do NOT have your ARC yet then you will NOT be able to get a re-entry permit. There is NO exception to this. |

And the airport will not issue multiple entries... only single re-entry.
Get there early and grab a number... fill out the paper while you are waiting for your turn. |

I'm quite sure it is 50,000 but I don't know from personal experience... I have paid the 30,000 for a single re-entry every time I've left. |

What do you need to tell them when you get a re-entry permit? I mean, do I need to know where I'm going and when and have proof, or can I just get my visa adjusted so that I can possibly leave the country some time in the future? |

Generally, one gets a re-entry permit at the airport, when you are on your way out for a short holiday, and want to be able to come back in. They don't ask you where you are going, but may ask you how long you want it valid for , provided that your return date is within the limits of your visa. You can only leave once on this and return; should you want to leave again you will need another re-entry permit, or a multiple entry permit.
A multiple entry permit is done at immigration, and it means you can come and go as many times as you want on your visa.
A single re-entry permit costs, I *believe* 30,000 won and a multiple entry is, again a suspected 50,000 won. Weigh up the cost differences by convenience and how many times you will need it. |

Thanks!
At the moment there's a possibility I might leave the country in a few months time. I don't know specifics yet, and so I'm just trying to figure out how to do it. I (stupidly) didn't plan on this when I applied for my visa. |

What does a multiple entry permit look like? I'm an American and on my visa under "Entries" it says "M." Does this mean "multiple"? Or do I still need to go to the immigration office to get my reentry permit? |
