| Depends on the location, condition of the apt/building, and the monthly rent. 9-10 mil sounds like an average key money deposit on a brand new officetel studio apt in Seoul with 400,000 p/m rent to pay. |

Actually 10 million won without rent will get you a dump in a bad part of town with mold, leaking roof and seedy surroundings....enjoy!  |
