Is 10 million won worthwhile for a one bedroom place in Busan? I want something relatively new and clean.

Depends on the location, condition of the apt/building, and the monthly rent. 9-10 mil sounds like an average key money deposit on a brand new officetel studio apt in Seoul with 400,000 p/m rent to pay.

10 million won with no rent will not get you something good at all..

10 million won with rent should get you something pretty good

Actually 10 million won without rent will get you a dump in a bad part of town with mold, leaking roof and seedy surroundings....enjoy! Laughing
