Can someone please tell me how to make a phone call to Canada using a phone card and cell phone. When I use the card with a landline phone I simply input 1-406-and the number. No problems whatsoever. But doing the same with a handphone gets me nowhere. What should I be doing?

Most phone cards have different numbers that you use when calling from a cell phone and a landline. Maybe that is the problem. Check the back of the card and see if there are two different numbers to call depending ont he source of the call.
