I am watching a cute 1 year old cat that needs a home. His mom went home for a 6 week visit and now that 10 weeks have past she is finally able to admit she wont be coming back.
The kitty's name is Fuzzy (the name came with him) and he has all his shots. He is the type of cat who waits at the door for you when you come home and he even like to cuddle a little in the evenings. I'm just not home enough to give him the happy home life he deserves.
I tried to post a picture, I just dont know how to do it. If you PM me I will send you a photo. I will also try to add a picture to this post if I can figure it out.
I hope someone out there can help Fuzzy find a fun loving home. |

cats are feral animals that only need another cat to be happy. do the right thing and pick up another cat, set up some toys, and let them have the run of the place. if you're not home, don't worry they don't really miss you that much, and are just that much happier when you do arrive. life is judged by its highs and lows, even for animals. that goes for all you pet people that are looking to pawn off their new best buddy cuz they realize that it's a responsibility. life is responsibilities. sometimes we take them on, other times they are forced upon us. in either case, life is fuller for them. happier? tidier? sh*t free? no. but fuller. |

I agree that Fuzzy would love a friend, but he is also fine by himself as long as he gets some attention. When I say am not home a lot, it is because with my job I get quite a bit of time off. I travel during those times and they are too long of periods for a cat or cats to be left alone. This is specifically why I didnt want a cat but I agreed to take care of Fuzzy for a short period. The idea was that I would be a temporary home for him(6 weeks) until his mom returned. Now that she isnt returning, I am still only a temporary home for him until he finds a loving home. It just wouldnt be fair to Fuzzy (or a second cat) to put them in cages and send them off to a care center every other month for a few weeks at a time.
I forgot to mention before that Fuzzy is fixed. He is a usual independent cat and he gets along fine with a few toys laying around (his favorite toy right now is an avocado seed). However, he does enjoy his evening petting session and brush down (he has long fur so it is good for both of you if you brush him regularly). |
