i am looking for info on this school.
also i have noticed some of the contracts i have been sent require a deposit of 450000 won to be paid for 3 months as some kind of deposit.
whats the deal is this normal?

If a school is requiring a deposit of more than 1.3 million (450k x 3) then they have had many problems with teachers leaving early... bad sign right off the top.
It is NOT normal and if you don't agree to it in the contract it is illegal. If you accept it in the contract then you are hooped and can probably kiss it good-bye when you get screwed later. |

Think about it...is the school working for you or you working for the school? Don't pay a single won to anyone!!!! Now that little bit of advice will cost you 45,000 won...thank you!  |
