i love these things, especially the tuna and mayo ones... could there be a more perfect convenience store food?
when i first got here my stomach hated rice, now i am accustomed to it, i eat two or three of these a day...
are there any risks to eating these too often? |

ubiquitous? maybe in Seoul.
i don't see them much down in the southeast
except in some convenience stores, but i've never tried it because i prefer the freshness of those places where they make gimbap in the window minutes before
and mayo in gimbap? i think i'd hurl |

i've my weight in the those things. i liked the tuna and mayo too flavor too. i kinda got sick of them and have moved on to the 'real' kimbap. as far as health risks, the FDA says pregnant women should limit their tuna intake because of the amount of mercury that is the fish. make of that what you will.

well, i trust your local kimbap place has covers over their ingrediants or a refridgerator to host all those "fresh" ingrediants. I know mine doesnt. they cut the stuff in the morning, and leave it out all day, just sitting around, not so fresh! and i agree with the OP, tuna and mayo kimbap triangles are awesome!
