This computer has served me well for the past two years. The RAM has been upgraded to 512Mb, and a second HD has been added which is 40G. This is in addition to the standard 6G drive. There is a CD-ROM drive but no cd burner, although the system will support an external burner which is what I've been using.

OSX 10.3 (Panther) is installed and runs well, as well as the following software which I can leave on board ... MS Office 2004, the entire Adobe CS (runs well), the entire Macromedia library (Dreamweaver, Flash, etc), iPhoto, iMovie, iTunes, Limewire Pro and a few other goodies ... OS 9.1 is installed as well.

This is a very reliable computer, good for someone who wants a Mac but doesn't want to spend big money and doesn't have heavy processing needs.

Keyboard (English and Hangul) and mouse included. I can also include a free monitor if you need one (not Apple).

I, too, have a G3 like this in the closet--mine's a 350 Mhz--and I can verify that these machines are still very functional units.

In its day, these models were of the "Pro" line, so the quality of components and construction were first rate. They do almost everything the newer machines do, but the really intense tasks (like certain Photoshop maneuvers) take longer.

The only reasons mine is gathering dust are Photoshop and upgrade/speed fever. It's easy to install a dvd/cd burner, too, only requiring a free software patch to enable dvd support.

In fact, I'm now inspired to sell mine, too. Citizens of Daegu, look for MY for-sale post shortly.
