|
|
Hi all,
Does anyone know of a reputable watch repairman in Seoul? I'm specifically looking for someone who can help fix a band. I have a leather Diesel watch that has lost its glue (the leather band is glued to a plastic piece). I've been to the Diesel store in Agpu (they gave me the number of a traditional watch repair man, WooRim in Seocho) and do various watch stands in Department stores. Nobody has been of major help. The actual watch WORKS fine and that is what most repairmen fix, I need the band to be reglued/affixed to the face. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

One of the shoe stalls on the streets might be able to do it....they repair leather shoes all the time...I mean, if they can repair leather shoes and purses, perhaps they have the needed materials/tools??
Just a thought... |

I have a Swiss Army watch and a Swatch and I have found that for pretty much any imported watches, it is just better to go anywhere where that brand of watch is sold and they will be able to send it out for repairs to a certified repair center. So, if you've seen Diesel watches sold somewhere, go there and get them to send it out. If they can't do that, at the very least, they will be able to tell you where to go to get it fixed. |
