Someone I know sent this to me today.
Abeit it is all in Chinese, but at the bottom of the page is the video link to see the clip and although is it short and might be fake, it seems very disturbing to me.
Based on the translation, it is a video taken in Portugal earlier this year. 3 young people were travelling down a highway and theyup picked a hitch hiker on the highway.
It is strange because she unnaturally pokes her head into the car and the camera goes mysteriously out of focus when it looks at her.
She tried to explain that she died in a car accident on the same road but the group didn't believe her.
They didn't believe her until the camera focuses on her and her faintly focused face is seen screaming with shards of glass covering her face before the accident that killed everyone in the car.....but the girl disappears.
After the police found the tape, they confirmed that a girl , who lived in a town near the highway, indeed died in a car accident.
The tape reminds me of the Blair Witch Project, it is abit disturbing, yet interesting to see

It's lame and a very boring way to portray one of the oldest urban myth/ campfire ghost stories around.
It's disturbing in the sense it wastes 10 minutes of your life. |

It's not the dead that you should worry about, but the living. |

If you want to see THE classic horror movie that inspired MANY modern horror films (including, arguably, the work of Argento and Romero) then you should see Canibal Holocaust (Ruggero Deodato, 1980). As a warning, this film is VERY graphic and disturbing on many levels. In fact, its level of graphic despictions made Deodato have to go to court repeatedly to prove that it was not an actual snuff film. Furthermore, it is STILL banned in many countries (over 50 according to some reports). In my opinion, if you are a fan of horror or cinema history, then this is one you should see. |
