Hmm...he got away with that too...didn't the other guy get carded or sent off?

Divers spoil the game and should be stamped down upon vigorously...never ruddy happens though.Same with tackling from behind when someone is having a run of goal.

Referee appointments play a very large part of the game.18 jajangna Evil or Very Mad

It was Rivaldo not Ronaldinho. He did that kind of thing quite a lot, but isn't around anymore. The Argies are far worse, although again the main offenders have all retired I think.

29 out of 63.

43%

Yet, and correct me if I am wrong, I counted only ONE person who flatly admitted that he had voted for South Korea and three that implied.

Got to admit people may be right about the number of angry-hater-lurkers flitting about in the shadows.

Yeeeee-ikes.

I voted for Korea. It's not that I want to see them do poorly, I just don't want them to win. Perhaps a second round exit would be good. It's also for the sole reason that I just don't think I can deal with constantly hearing about it and seeing it on tv.

I voted for them pretty much for the same reason as the previous poster.

Too annoying last time round. The actual sporting event isn't important to them anyway, they just project their interests on to it.

Can we expect "Dokdo, our Dokdo" banners in the crowd in Germany??

Of course.

Haha.

I didn't mean to call anyone a coward, but it would be kind of cool if all 26 others stood up as well.

England. When they won the Rugby World Cup they were appalling in their earnestness, claiming that it was their "first world title since 1966". Big whoop.

If you think Korea would be insufferable after winning, we'd never hear the end of it from our friends the Britons...

Honourable mention goes to Korea, because I don't want to have to see any more godd@mn re-runs. Ever.

The FIFA World Cup 2006 is coming to Germany!

It's all here--fast-kicking, low scoring, and ties? You bet!

You'll see all your favorite soccer stars. Like Ariaga!
Ariaga II! Bariaga! Aruglia! And Pizzoza!

This tournament will determine once and for all which nation is
the greatest on earth:
Mexico or Portugal!
