| I've been offered a job with Kids Club in either Pohang or Pusan. Does anyone have any experience with either of these schools? |

The KIDS CLUB franchise is a 30% good 70% bad chain. CHECK WITH THE CURRENT TEACHERS about conditions in your particular school.
Get their E-MAIL addresses so you can chat with them when the boss is NOT looking over their shoulder. Talk to more than one and see how long they have been there as well.
Many times if a school is problematic they will get the newest and least disgruntled teacher to talk to you. Talk to more than one foreign teacher if you can.
Good homework on your part is worth a years peace of mind and much more valuable than off the cuff comments here. |

This is a guesstimation, right???
How can you know it is 30% good and 70% bad, there are many kids clubs in the country, do you know tham all??
However, the rest of your advice was good  |

Yup... Guesstimation, but I have known probably 100 teachers from 20 Kids Clubs in 2 provinces over 5 years and that guesstimate is probably a pretty accurate ratio... more than 36 will make a statistically valid survey. |
