I agree. If it means nothing to you, why post about it? Why start a whole new thread? There are tons of things I dont care about, like hockey, the NFL, etc and I dont start threads to tell the world how much I dont care about them.

Yet it's ok to tell everyone how much you like something? Heck, half the threads on this board are about stuff people don't like.

Better idea: The thread is clearly identified by the title....don't click it.

I understand saying how much you like something, or how much you dislike something. But not how much you dont care about something. That makes no sense to me. There are a billion things i dont care about, you want me to start a billion threads?

Anyway, the expression is couldn't care less, not "could care less".

Yeah, that American way has always confused me. Makes it sound more important rather than less important.

I started a thread about this two years ago and the board was kinda split. I agree with you but some nutjobs actually DO say "could care less"....even though it doesn't make a stitch of sense.

Well, this thread is just to remind World Cup fans that not everyone is interested in the World Cup. So, if you meet me by chance at the bar, please don't assume that I'm interested in the games.

This reply doesnt make any sense. if you didnt care about the World Cup, you wouldnt have bothered reading about it on this forum. You do care about it, you just dont like it. Which is fine, but atleast be honest.

Actually I am concerned about how many Koreans will have a heart attack during their games. And does this happen much in other countries?

Canada is invited. And if you have the US and Canada, who really cares about the rest of the world. We are the promised lands after all.

Seriously though, MLB has the best players from all over the world, so in that sense it is a World Series.
