I always save the originals. So I have them all on CDs. Every photo you see on my site, I have its full size original file.

I do shoot in color and I cinvert later, which is also a skill that takes time to get right. Im still not happy with some conversions but Im working on it.

It usually takes some time and effort to edit the original. You cant just post a 3 megabyte file. It has to be editied to make it look good, sized for he web and then hosted on a website for linking to other websites. Now, if you picked one or two photos you would want to see in color, then I might do that, but since about half my shots are b/w then that would be time consuming. Anyway, it may sound pompous (been accussed of that in this thread Wink) but my artistic vision for the b/w is for them to be b/w.

Jinju, it looks like the strangers in your pics don't even notice you. It appears almost as they are working together with you. That's awesome. Do they ever say anything to you?

This picture kicks ass. But do you ever feel weird taking pictures of random strangers? Do you hide behind a tree?

I never feel weird taking photos of others. Why would I? I dont hide, they always see me, perhaps thats why I dont feel strange.

They look so candid, that's why I was wondering.

Never. But thats probably because the lens I work with isnt one of those monster ones where I can hide behind a car 100 yards away. I only use a 50mm most of the time so that puts me withing a couple of yards of my subjects. So Im always visible and never sneaking around and snapping secretly, and I think people pick up on that vibe.
