9-5 or 8-5?
open at lunchtime i believe.
yeah, easy enough to send a box home even without korean. they'll know enough english.. and easy to figure out it if you're holding a big ass box with a foreign address written all over it. |

i've usually used my own boxes.. but they also sell boxes there. either way.
guitars are tough.. i tried shipping one home years ago.. and they said that the regular post can't do that. not sure why.. and not sure if thats still true or not. |

way back when.. i spent my day trying to find 'federal express' or some other service that wanted to charge me nearly as much as the guitar itself for air service - no ground service apparently.. and i got sick of walking around the city asking.
ultimately i just sold the guitar to another foreigner.. seemed easier.
maybe you'll fair better than i did though. |

mmmm.. i hear ya. and i hope so.
I have a great 5string bass that I bought here specifically to bring back home
and I have a low-range Tanglewood acoustic that I rarely use but is handy to have.
Seems like an easy decision hey?
But did I mention that Ive been travelling all over Asia with the acoustic for about a year and it is covered with signatures and doodles from all the crazy mad folk and musicians ive met along the way.. that aint something im willing to part with!! |
