It's the satellite towns like St Albert and Sherwood Park and Fort MacMurray where all the knobs come from

Praise be that Fort MacMurray is 6 hours away and NOT a satellite town (I think ya mean Fort Saskatchewan)... If the rigpigs from Fort Mac were any closer to Edmonton, Whyte Ave. would very closely resemble one of the inner circles of Hell, doubtless.

Anyways, the celebrations can be kinda embarassing. It reminds me of my first year in Korea (2001) when that stupid July 1 riot broke out on Whyte cuz all the bars were full. Who the hell riots on Canada Day?

I'm proud of my Oilers and the amazing support they're getting at the Coliseum (what's a Rexall?) and all, but these yahoos are just an embarassment. It's guaranteed a good number of them are the same assclowns who would yell "Oilers suck!" at me when I was wearing my jersey at home 5 or 6 years ago. Just a bunch of bandwagoning losers looking for an excuse to climb stuff and set fires.

Oops, I did mean Fort Saskatchewan. Never met someone from there I liked. Fort MacMurray is a different story altogether. Stony Plain and Spruce Grove aren't on my shiatlist. I've never really figured out why.

Celebrate your nation by wrecking a small strip of it an stealing porn!

I tried to sleep through it three blocks away because I had to go on the radio the next morning at 6am. It looked like a warzone the next day.

I'm not convinced the US will buy up oilers....

I'm really REALLY hoping anyways. I always have these romantic notions that the players just "like edmonton so much" and "enjoy playing on a team with such a good work ethic" that they would ACTUALLY stay there for a little while. But they'll probably follow the money.\

EVERYONE WHO CARES!!!
Somewhere on Yahoo sports they are streaming the playoff games for FREE!...I'm trying to find it...
If we all look around when someone finds it, put it up!

one more edit:
Here are two sites i've HEARD do webcasting...

GAME #7 ???

GO OILERS !!!

Do those streaming links work?

Things should kick-off here around 11am Tuesday, if my calculations are correct.

I always used to cheer for the Oilers (they were my second favourite team infact).. However, they signed two of my least favourite players in the league (Pronger and Peca).. and then those bastards had to go beat my Wings... I'm not too happy with them right now..

Pronger and Peca are pricks who don't deserve to win *beep*.

Buffalo and Edmonton both deserve to get to the finals though as both cities truly appreciate their teams and are legit hockey towns...

That's you Pronger.. you bastard.

The Edmonton Oilers are in the midst of what could be a severe shakeup to their roster just days after their Game 7 Stanley Cup Final loss.

NHL sources indicate that Oilers' defenceman Chris Pronger has requested a trade from the club based on "personal, family considerations."

Did I not tell you this guy was trash?
