I might say, that after a riviting three months on beautiful South Korea, I HATE MY JOB! Realizing my situation is far from unique, perhaps there is someone who knows of a place where I might find a printable version of the LoR. I have heard of such a place, but it evades me still.

I have pipe dreams of a great job where I dont work for a PSYCHO manager who bones the director after we leave at night.

ciao and thanks,
you, me, picnic?

How do you know your boss is boning the director?
Tell stories, I'm bored and want to hear others' soap opera lives.

I recall seeing one on efl-law.com. Alternatively, you have to collect one yourself from immigration.

Just make sure it consists of the employer letterhead, signature, and red stamp.

Equally important is that it has your name with correct Alien Reg. Card # and Passport #.

The ending date or date you were/are released.

You could/should try to get the thing in your possession/postdated because unless you get it before or on your last day you can't teach legally for any other employer.

If they don't give it to you, you can stay in the country by filing a labor ministry/department complaint and later possibly a civil court complaint.

But, you can't teach legally.

The Korean name for the work release is "e jok dong re sa." Any other title is not sufficient. I can/will try to spell it in Korean but it probably won't be correct. Maybe some other folks here can help with that to confirm...

WORK RELEASE = in Hangul "이 촌 동 리 사?" If this is the correct Hangul spelling, I'm great!
