I sleep with a reindeer. Sometimes I watch tv with a snowman. They're very cute. My husband is jealous of the reindeer, so sometimes he pummels him or throws him out of bed, much to my chagrin. |

My sister gave me a stuffed cat two years ago for Christmas. She told me it was a "laptop kitty" and it was supposed to always be on my computer. I can't say I particularly played along. Then recently I got a cat that sometimes likes crawling onto my keyboard, so I make them fight. My cat gets pretty pissed off whenever I bring out the laptop kitty now. So really, this is more about one of her quirks than mine. |

I like wild and frequent sex, but I'm not a ladies man, i.e. I'm shy around women. I don't really go out much, I'm i my 30's and still single. I don't have any lesions or warts on my face. I'm just one of those INTJ's. Call it what you will. |

I play one level of Bejeweled 2 on my PDA every night before sleeping.
My entire morning routine is one big quirk. |

I have Asperger's Syndrome, so yeah, my whole life is full of these stupid little quirks...
I'm essentially but not really a vegetarian, because I can't eat meat with any gristle or fat in it. If I do then I start to gag. I always wear two necklaces, not one, not three, definitely never zero. I like bracelets but each bracelet I own belongs to a specific arm; I very rarely wear a right arm bracelet on my left arm. I always hang my toilet paper such that I'm pulling it from on top and not from underneath. I hate visiting the same store twice in the same day. I will travel all the way across the city to a Wal-Mart where I can pick things off the shelves instead of having to ask a salesperson for them, and I absolutely never shop at one of those department stores where people follow me around all the time.
I have specific goodbye routines for the people I talk to the most on MSN, and it disturbs me if they break routine. Also, when I'm online, I have four or five windows open with the pages I like to look at often, and then another page or two for whatever randomness I'm also viewing at the time.
I could go on, but I suspect nobody's still reading by this point... |

Do you know that you have Asperger's Syndrome i.e been diagnosed or do you just think you do? I'm curious about the compulsion.
Myself, I often find that I check and recheck many times anything that uses high heat like an iron or stove. Also anything to do with doors; I'll check and recheck to make sure they're closed. I've literally been almost to a place and then turned around and gone back knowing full well that what I'm afraid's on is not or what I'm afraids open is not. Like I said I'll check it before I leave but then I think about it on the way to a place or when I'm there and BAM! I gotta go back to make sure 1 more time!!!

After locking the door to my apartment i have to say (out loud) 'door is locked, door is locked' several times whilst testing the door is locked.
On occasions i have forgotten to do this routine only to remember after walking ten minutes down the street. I always walk back to make sure it's locked.
Also, when flying i have to check my passport and tickets are still in my bag. Even if i'm sitting down comfortably on the plane i still feel the need to check they are both still there.
I haven't ever lost my passport/tickets (or had my house/apt burgled) before, surprising, so i don't no where this behaviour has come from. It's been getting worse and worse as well which is a little disturbing.
That quirky enough for you!! |

I have to have at least three pillows at night. Two, in a pinch, or when camping. But I cannot go to sleep with only one pillow. Can't--do--it. |

"Meowr?"
"You heard me!! Sick 'em NRK!!! 'Rooowr! Phfffft, phfft!!"
