Hey, I'm not too happy about sharing an elevator with a woman who douses herself in litres of Eau de Fifi everyday, or for that matter, a man who lathers himself with half a bottle of Old Spice or Brut every morning, but this is ridiculous!

| Lol, I was in Junior High School in Halifax in the 90's when they became one of the first places in the world to do it. I can still remember the school's Vice-principal coming in to explain the new policy. The response, we laughed our a**es off at him. I dont think people should walk around covered in cologne or perfume but they tried to stop people from using scented shampoo and deoderant and the measure failed, it just can't be enforced. So don't everybody get worked up, it will just be another failed policy, and since Ottawa is one of the most poorly run cities in the country I'm sure it will cost a fortune anyway. |

| People should wear the same clothes for a week without showering. Then, they should collect all their dirty socks and send them to whoever came up with this stupid idea. |
