You will write one sentence with one error in it. The grammar Guru's on Dave's will solve it for you and give an explanation as how they went about solving the problem. I will begin:

| Should be "a high fever", as fever has not been mentioned before, meaning that the reference to fever has to use the general "a" not the specific "the". |

"Begin" comes before the process, not after. |
