I've said it before--attitude has little to do with activity. Compare the amount of action those kids get with kids back in the US who take virginity pledges, and you'd be scared.

i haven't subtracted since high school, but if my math is right, that means 27% of those college chicks are just aching to meet my meat.

At the uni, the level of maturity can't be compared to that in the West. Because of the segregated educational system , when the genders do meet up again, after a hiatus of about seven or eight years, they're right back to where they were then. A twenty-year-old girl or boy is essentially a ten-year-old mind walking around inside a twenty-year-old body. The mating ritual is somewhat pathetic by western standards, consisting mainly of hair-pulling and shoulder-punching. Hand-holding is a fairly recent phenomenon, and even as the visor-wearing ajumma scoff at such displays of affection, younger Koreans are beginning to cozy up. Seoul will never be Paris; there won't be kissing on Jongno as there is on the Champs, but perhaps someday it will be close.
