Anonymous tips: ABSOLUTELY!

You know those old ajoshi security dudes who sit out in front & keep a watch on everything that goes on inside all the apt. complexes? There's been more than a few of these who've gone this route.

Immigration soliciting privates? Yes again.

Careful not just to throw caution to the wind. Not unless of course you don't care about getting tossed out of the country.

Ironic thing to all this of course is the number of stories i've heard about politicians, cops & judges e.g. ( y'know the law "makers" & supposed keepers of the faith ) who are more than happy to pay foreigners to help improve their English-eeeeeeee ... Rolling Eyes

What happens if you are caught doing something borderline on one of these two buggers? Could be anything from privates without permission, to a private study room with no permit...
It has been said that in general you'll get a tap on the wrist and then let off, what about multiple offences?

what has been said and what actually happens are two different things prorohiv...but you can go right ahead and rely on what has been said....
