| Boy I priced a digital camera at Technomart and Namdaemoon. A Pentax M10 was 270,000 won at Technomart (both the white guy price and the prospective Korean customer price) and 189,000 won at Namdaemoon. The downside of buying at Namdaemoon is the cameras are all smuggled in from Japan so you're not going to get any warranty. But if you're not planning on staying in Korea for more than a year, roll the dice. |

If you have access to a credit card, try online shopping at GSE shop. We just picked up a Cannon IXVS 800IS fot 500,000. The best thing about searching the shopping channels is the packages they offer change often.
We were given the following:
Small Stand
Large Stand
Hookup directly to T.V., computer or printer
Case, cleaner ect....
This being said, i'm no camera expert, but if you are it's worth a try. |
