I suggest that as punishment for bringing that, uh, up, TB must make it his permanent signature and is never allowed to change it.

All in favor?

I want to agree about the punishment, but at the same time I never want to see that image again in my life.

My new avatar does work for me in one sense: Although I'm a "good guy" and he was (in his prime) the most hated and feared man in pro wrestling, as a tag team "Rteacher" and "Dick the Bruiser" are nearly unbeatable...

A former Green Bay Packer lineman, Richard "Dick the Bruiser" Afflis originated, and personified, wrestling's beer guzzling, cigar chomping, tough-as-nails Bar Room Brawler toughguy character. The Bruiser was known and feared for being a merciless juggernaut inside the ring, brutally punishing his opponents before finishing them off, usually with his famous top-rope knee drop...

The above link briefly describes his career, and contrasts him with VP Dick Cheney, who it refers to as "D-i-c-k the Loser"...

You changed it again RTeacher... why? I like the big bruiser.

I change mine for a variety of reasons; usually just because I've drawn a new picture and want to look at it a little more.

I think after reading this thread though I should draw one for Captain Corea and be done with it.

No way dude. Your work rocks and you should update it as often as possible.

What about drawing different characters for the posters here on Dave's?

Crap--never mind. I don't want to see what mine looks like.

As for me, I do change my avatar every once in a while, but I keep to a certain theme (guess!) so people can track me despite my periodic make-overs.

I've always liked that about you. Even though you've changed your avatar several times ("May the frog be with you"; "I pity da frog"), you've always kept with a theme, so I always immediately knew that it was "you."

With the gang-sodomy that I've received in this thread, I'm thinking about changing my avatar, but I'll try to stick with a "BoA" theme so that people can recognize "me."

(edited for spelling)

Wow, I never imagined I'd get e-buggered over having an innocent avatar of a likeable young woman.

Now this -this!- is a nausea-inducing avatar ...

Ewww ... excuse me. I'm feeling queasy right now and I hope I make it to the bathroom before losing my lunch ...

That was my avatar for awhile. I still find it a hilarious bit of genius, but there were some complaints so I took it down.

The avatar I have now will probably never change. I think it adds a little joy to everyone's day when they see it, unless they're cat haters, in which case f them, I hope Quin's cutey face pisses them off.

Just warning Troll Bait and everybody else to fasten your baby-harnesses and secure your barf-bags, for I feel an avatar change coming on tonight.

Yeah, I didn't expect to tire of that dumb collection of dog squeaky toys w/faces so soon, either. But I have. Not sure what I'll put up this time. I have a lot of nice shots of Chinese propaganda and girl-smoking-cigarette-or-drinking-beer posters yet. But I'm just not sure....

Stay tuned for these and other upcoming attractions in MR. GURU's NEVER-ENDING PARADE OF ANNOYING AVATARS!

Any here liable to get me banned? how 'bout spanked? okay, can I at least get a severe talking-to?

Question

Question

Your Chinese propaganda poster of the kid with the camera on the fish has been one of my favorites on this board so far.
