It's all about marketing, I guess. The original title of this thread just wasn't drawing 'em in.

Anyway, now that I have your attention - a question to Haebangchon residents with cars:

My wife and I are expecting a baby early next year and I'm planning to get a car soon.
In the event of an emergency I don't want to have to rely on anybody else to get my wife to some help in a hurry.

I've seen that the roadside car parks are all numbered. Is there a system for allocating these parks, or is it first-come-first-served?

There are some parks just up from my house that always seem to be empty... if you're an HBC resident with a car I'd be grateful for some info.

Come on, some of you bums must have a car? Make yourselves useful for a change.
