Thunndarr. Can you dig it?

Right on. Damn straight.

Thunndarr. Alright.

They say this cat Thunndar's a baaad motherf -

Shut yo mouth!

Talkin' 'bout Thunndar ...

Very innovative, in technique, methinks.

Not really, Bakshi did it 25 years ago.

Okay, sure, but no one since. Stealing from almost two generations in the past counts as innovative, these days.

And as I recall from reading that book some years ago, this might be best way to get a story like that one on the screen. And I think the political climate at this moment is ripe for that story.

The director of A Scanner Darkly is the same guy who did Waking Life.

Interesting flick to check out

Why not post the link for those of us who don't entirely know what "Waking Life" is?

Keanu Reeves ain't no Charlie Sheen, that's for sure.

Ouch.

Actually, the trailer made me very interesting in this movie. Looks like they shift from live-action to animation that is basically a redrawing of what was already filmed. Very innovative, in technique, methinks.

And it will be the first time Robert Downey Jr and Woody Harrelson have shgared a screen since Natural Born Killers, one of the funniest comedies ever filmed.

Check the bold. Someone's been in-country a bit too long.

Yes, indeed.

The Waking Life is high on my list of all-time faves. It's conducive to repeated watchings. The subject matter is 32x solid, and it's visually amazing.

There's even a Philip K. Dick part.
