Just wondering what people think: Where is the best place to get an old fashioned burger and fries? You know, the kind with a huge bun, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, dill pickles, bacon, mayo and mustard? I am SO craving a good ol' burger.

Smokey's Saloon in Itaewon (exit 2, walk left on first small "street" then right on secon - all togheter 5-8 minutes).

Gecko's is OK too I guess. But above is IMHO best.

Or........since u are a girl judging by your nick, I can make one for you and we can *eat* for a long time.

TGIFridays.

Burger King is the best fast food burger in Korea, and it's pretty cheap, too.

I guess BK is one viable option. Compared to other FF chains, best one in ROK.

I used to loathe Lotteria for the longest time, but I must admit that they are starting to win my occassional patronage since they've added the European Frico Cheese Burger and Paprika Bacon Burger. As a matter of fact, I'd take a Paprika Bacon Burger over BK's double bacon burger on any day.

UCFV Girl, in Seoul?

Burger King (for fast food) or Kraze for a very nice old fashion type, chili, wedge fries, etc. In the COEX Mall (Samsung-dong) and maybe some other locations. Kraze will set you back about 10,000 won for basic burger and fries, but made to order and fresh. Lineups on weekends.
