I noticed that my recruiter said that "only one agency can help you get into SMOE." Does anyone know if this is actually the case? She said that if you apply to two different agencies to get you the job in SMOE, that you will be automatically disqualified.

What's your take on this matter?

the woman who "organises" the smoe program only uses certain recruiting companies. they're given quotas to fill.

so yes, only certain recruiting companies are getting access to smoe employment.

Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education. Seoul doesnt have any minsitries, minsitries are a national thing, not municipal.

It could be true. She might disqualify you in order to prevent fighting over comissions between the recruiters. Only my guess.
