Hi,
I've been in Ansan for nearly 3 months and although i've met a handfull of korean people It would be nice to meet other teachers!! Can anyone tell me where people drink!! I'm starting to go crazy and need a bit more than the strained conversations I've had since I've been here!! I live near Gojan station!!! Any information would be appreciated!! Thanks. |

| Nice to meet you Mike!! My name is Carole. I am a teacher as well in Ansan. Actually, we have been starting an Ansan Foreigners group. Two weeks ago we met at WA BAR and this last Friday some of us went bowling. If you are interested in getting in on the get togethers, send me a PM. I am working on getting a complete list of emails and planning the next event. Anyone is welcome, and let the other teachers you know about it, the more the merrier. Welcom to Korea!! |

| Hey..... I'm in Ansan, too. I sometimes drink with a bunch of the teachers around Hanyang. They often go to Beer Plus on Friday nights. I've been to WAbar around Jungang station, too, but by myself. Anyways, Carole, let me know the details about that group as well, and maybe I'll check it out sometime. |

Hey im in Ansan. I went to the WA Bar. I forgot most people's names, though. Anyways just wanted to say hi. I live near Junang station right near Pizza Hut and Outback Steakhouse. Its funny, I spent a lot of time walking around the centre and never see another "obvious" foreigner. It might be hard to spot me cuz im asian filipino.
Anything happenning this weekend of the 16 or 17? |

| I will be moving to Ansan in a few days. I will be living right by the Carrefor. There is a WA Bar right across the street from there. Is this the same WA Bar? |
