Hello, does anyone know of any decent foreigner bars in Ilsan? Or do people just flock to Seoul on the weekends? What about places to hang during the week?

just hang out at the king taco stand.. every foreigner in ilsan frequents that fine establishment.
but i go to hongdae to party.. just like everyone else. |
